Overview: The Digital Twin Earth Synthetic Scene Generator and Observation Simulator (DTE-S2GOS)(https://dte-s2gos.rayference.eu/) project is dedicated to developing a new pre-operational service which will be implemented as a component of the ESA DestinE Platform. It generates a radiative twin of the Earth — replicating its appearance as observed by ground-based or spaceborne remote sensing instruments — using the Eradiate radiative transfer model.

Involvement: Eradiate is the radiative transfer model primarily targeted by the scene generator component of S2GOS.
